Booking Terms: Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Colorado Laser Spa, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that plans can change, but last-minute changes limit our ability to serve all clients at the highest level

 
Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee (see fee schedule below).
 
No-Shows

If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment without notice, the following fees apply and must be paid before booking any future services:

Consultations: $50 no-show fee
Treatments under $500: $100 no-show fee
Treatments $500 and above: Forfeit deposit or $200 no-show fee
 
Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require shortening or rescheduling your appointment to avoid impacting other clients.
Cancellation fees may apply.

Voicemails and emails received outside business hours will be timestamped for the next business day.

While we strive for exceptional results, aesthetic treatments are not an exact science. The purchase of a service or package is an agreement to proceed with treatment understanding that results are not guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued based on individual outcomes. 

 

Refund Policy

At Colorado Laser Spa, we are committed to helping you achieve your aesthetic and wellness goals. Every treatment plan is personalized, and results can vary from person to person based on individual skin type, health, and lifestyle factors.

Services

All sales on services, packages, and prepaid treatments are final.
We do not offer refunds for completed services or unused portions of treatment packages.
If you wish to discontinue a prepaid package, the value of any unused treatments may be applied as credit toward other services at our spa.


Products

Unopened and unused skincare products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Opened products may be exchanged within 14 days for spa credit if you experience an adverse reaction.


Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward rescheduled appointments if proper notice is given per our Cancellation Policy.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Deposits

Required for CO₂ fractional laser, Morpheus8, CoolSculpting, filler, or any service $500+.
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable with proper notice.
Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment and may be subject to a fee.
Refunds

All service sales are final.
Unused package balances may be applied as spa credit.
Product returns accepted within 14 days if unopened, or exchanged for credit if an adverse reaction occurs.
